Nurture your resilience.

With Sarah King’s coaching.

My coaching method

Hi, I'm Sarah. I love cherries - and I love resonating with people, helping them feel their strength and agency. As an interpreter in companies and organisations, I've seen first-hand how appreciative communication fosters community, keeps systems running smoothly, and unlocks potential when both individuals and the bigger picture are valued.

Whoever you are - individuals, entrepreneurs, couples, family members, friends - let's discover a new language together and reconnect with our true selves. You don't need a pressing problem or a clearly defined goal: experience shows how valuable a regular practice of 'soul care' is for mental health.

My approach is systemic-informed and rooted in Non-violent Communication (NVC) as developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg. It's designed to create space for connection, understanding and growth.

Would you like to take a trip to your personal land of plenty and pick delicious, juicy cherries all year round? I’m happy to guide you.

COACHING AND COMPANIONSHIP

What I offer

Here’s how I’ll support you.

COACHING

Feel like learning a new language to get back in touch with yourself and those around you? Developing strategies for resilience? Being supported in a change process?

WORKSHOPS

Communication culture, appreciative interaction, tackling challenges? I’m happy to conceive workshops for your individual need – for couples, executives, (solo) entrepreneurs, individuals.

COMPANIONSHIP

Want to have a regular ‘clean-up of the soul’ routine and remain impactful and healthy? Simply make time for yourself? Receive empathy without a clear-cut objective?

Testimonials

There's a person behind every story, and I had the privilege of accompanying each of them. I hope these experiences inspire you to get in touch.

Sarah, coach for Non-violent Communication, has a unique gift: she instantly creates a safe space and an atmosphere of trust. Her understanding nature and her ability to give empathy precisely as and when it is needed made it easy for me to mentally let go in our sessions. I’m a huge fan because through her guidance I was able to experience how deliberating it is to feel truly seen and understood. This has brought about a great deal of healing change.

Sarah’s coaching really marked a watershed for me. Her sensitive, warm-hearted and structured approach helped me better recognize and understand my own needs. Our conversations were full of trust, respect and genuine interest. I’m particularly grateful for Sarah’s encouragement to tackle change and keep evolving as a person. What I took away is still reverberating today.

A pleasant and relaxed coaching experience, during which we dived deep soon and touched upon subjects that are tricky to identify on one’s own. Sarah has an easy way of creating a calm atmosphere of trust for an open exchange and dealing with specific questions or problems constructively and empathetically. The coaching session showed me options and encouraged me to be more self-assured and open-minded when faced with difficult communication situations.

I value Sarah’s guidance in my processes because she is able to structure thoughts and feelings and thus helps me understand myself better. She also knows to find a balance between giving me space to develop at my own pace and offering useful input. Thanks to Sarah’s support, I’ve made progress in several matters.
