Professional guidance along your journey

Hi, I'm Sarah. I love cherries - and I love resonating with people, helping them feel their strength and agency. As an interpreter in companies and organisations, I've seen first-hand how appreciative communication fosters community, keeps systems running smoothly, and unlocks potential when both individuals and the bigger picture are valued.

Whoever you are - individuals, entrepreneurs, couples, family members, friends - let's discover a new language together and reconnect with our true selves. You don't need a pressing problem or a clearly defined goal: experience shows how valuable a regular practice of 'soul care' is for mental health.

My approach is systemic-informed and rooted in Non-violent Communication as developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg. It's designed to create space for connection, understanding and growth.

I was trained in Non-violent Communication (Basic and Advanced Training Courses) by Anja Ufermann, Tilman Krakau and Frank Gaschler.

Would you like to take a trip to your personal land of plenty and pick delicious, juicy cherries all year round? I’m happy to guide you.

Coaching

Feel like learning a new language to get back in touch with yourself and those around you? Developing strategies for greater resilience? Or receiving support through a change process?

I'll support you with an individual, systemic-informed approach on the basis of Non-violent Communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg. Together, we can explore:

  • working with beliefs
  • working with personality parts
  • working with the inner child
  • working with the body
  • Body NVC
The objectives of a coaching process may be:
  • Decision-making
  • Dealing with challenges
  • Improving the workplace atmosphere
  • Improving relationships
  • Preventing burnout
  • Learning to be appreciative of yourself

Companionship

Mental wellbeing, space and empathy. You don’t have a defined goal but would like to receive empathetic companionship? You think it’s nice when someone just listens without judging? You like to have someone to talk to in order to practice regular mental and emotional self-care or work on pieces from your personal ‘emotional baggage’?

Empathy is one of the most effective ways to find relief, ease emotional pain and regain stability. Even if you’re already familiar with NVC or other methods, an outside perspective can reveal the missing piece that helps you move forward. Trust the process and be amazed to see where it takes you.

Aufgehaltene Hand

Ready to take the next step?
